I. Overview
SCXI-1100 is a multi-channel analog input module in the National Instruments (NI) SCXI signal conditioning system, belonging to the “multiplexer+programmable gain amplifier (PGIA)” structure. It is mainly used to collect and condition multiple analog signals before inputting them into the DAQ data acquisition system. This module has been discontinued, but it is still widely used in old industrial testing and experimental systems.

Adopting a 32 channel differential input channel structure
Built in programmable gain amplifier (PGIA), supporting multiple gain adjustments
Supports millivolt, volt level, and current signal input
Supports ± 10V input range
Built in low-pass filter (typically around 4Hz) for noise suppression

Can enhance the channel expansion capability of DAQ system
Suitable for weak signal acquisition and multi-point measurement systems
