Bobst 704-1257-02 is a DC motor drive control board for the 700 series gravure/register equipment, model name 704-MV/704-RW, responsible for closed-loop control of the speed and position of the paper feed/register motor.
Original PC MOTOR Control BOARD, compatible with 707 sets of S2000/S920 gravure printing machines.
Drive CDE DC motor, support speed/torque dual closed loop, high alignment accuracy.
Input 24VDC, output adjustable DC, compatible with 704 series power architecture.
Integrated overcurrent/overvoltage/overheating/locked rotor protection, dual protection for motor and board.
Equipped with encoder feedback interface, achieving high-precision position closed-loop and ensuring stable registration.
Onboard speed control potentiometer+status LED, adjustable on site and visually visible for faults.
Industrial grade board+three proof coating, moisture-proof, dustproof, and oil proof, suitable for printing workshop working conditions.
Standard slot installation, replace 704-1257-03/05 in place, no wire changes required.
Anti vibration design, selected components -10 ℃~+60 ℃ industrial grade, stable long-term continuous operation.
Built in current smoothing circuit, with low operating noise and minimal heat generation, extending the lifespan of the motor.
The interface is gold-plated, making it difficult to oxidize and connect after repeated insertion and long-term operation.
Compatible with 703-KS electrical control box, working in conjunction with 701-1091-03 communication board and 704-1417-00 power board.
