TEL PDS-BX02S1421 is a dedicated main control PCB board for Tokyo electronic etching equipment, responsible for cavity signal transmission and logic control, suitable for dust-free mass production lines, with the following characteristics:
Multi layer high-precision circuit substrate, carrying high-speed process signal transmission
Comes with multiple sets of I/O pads to interface with cavity sensors and solenoid valves
Onboard dedicated filtering wiring to weaken electromagnetic signal interference in the cabinet
Thickened copper foil conductive layer, less prone to heat loss during high current transmission
Metallized deep hole process, stable and uninterrupted interlayer signal connection
Supporting dedicated signal protection circuit, short circuit automatic blocking circuit
Temperature resistant solder mask coating, suitable for high and low temperature cycling environment of cabinets

Standardized card slot positioning, card insertion and removal installation without wiring modification
Reserve multiple test pads for quick detection of signal status during maintenance
Original factory clean process production, with no dust particles contaminating the wafer surface
Integrate multiple bus interface lines and link various functional boards of the whole machine
Anti vibration reinforcement layout ensures that welding points do not detach during long-term operation of the production line
