AMAT 0090-A7223 is a dedicated control module for application material deposition machines, which coordinates the linkage of the machine’s gas path, sensing and execution components, and is suitable for dust-free wafer production lines. Its characteristics are as follows:
Dedicated computing chip, capable of long-term mass production without easy downtime
Classify signal acquisition channels to collect temperature, air pressure, and flow data separately
Partition isolation circuit layout to weaken surrounding RF interference signals
Fine timing control logic ensures uniform and stable coating process
Onboard high-speed cache, batch process data processing without lag
Exclusive device communication channel for real-time data exchange with the main control of the entire machine
