OMRON V700-L22-V2-6 Controller

The OMRON V700-L22-V2-6 controller is a semiconductor CIDRW wafer carrier RFID read-write controller, compatible with V640 series read-write systems
Compliant with SEMI industry standards, specifically designed for reading and writing control of FOUP wafer box labels
Supports SECS/GEM communication and can directly interface with semiconductor host systems
Equipped with RS232 communication interface, stable signal transmission, suitable for clean production line networking
Built in dedicated testing mode, capable of self checking read/write head status without the need for an upper computer
24VDC standard power supply, compatible with the general power supply circuit of semiconductor equipment cabinets
Multi state indicator light, visually displaying operation and fault status for easy maintenance
Modular guide rail installation, easy disassembly and replacement, reduces production line downtime

Built in signal isolation circuit to resist electromagnetic interference in the workshop and avoid read and write failures
Support multi read/write head linkage, synchronously control multiple wafer conveying stations
Wide temperature operating range, continuous and stable long-term operation from 0 to 55 ℃
The storage chip stably stores wafer data without losing power outage information
