Varian 9699524S002 is a dedicated drive control unit for Varian Turbo-V series turbomolecular pumps, used for speed regulation, start stop, and status monitoring of semiconductor vacuum chamber molecular pumps.
1. The corresponding model of turbo molecular pump is provided by the original factory, and the three-phase variable frequency drive runs smoothly
2. Soft start boost logic, slow speed increase to reduce rotor impact damage
3. Real time display of speed, current, and bearing temperature parameters on LCD screen
4. Dual mode switching between high and low speeds, suitable for different vacuum process requirements
5. Built in multiple fault protections for overheating, overcurrent, overload, and leakage
6. Automatic shutdown and output of fault code for quick maintenance in case of malfunction
7. Support local button start stop reset, compatible with RS232 remote communication control
