5SXE05-0151 GVC703AE01 is an ABB excitation IGCT thyristor module used for triggering and power conversion of excitation power units in generator sets.

1. Integrated IGCT power devices that can withstand high current and high power operating conditions
2. Fiber optic signal reception, complete isolation of strong and weak electricity to resist electromagnetic interference
3. Integration of gate drive circuit to achieve rapid turn-on and turn off of devices
4. Built in device status detection, real-time monitoring of power device operating conditions
5. Equipped with multiple hardware protection mechanisms for overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating
6. Fault status feedback output, facilitating system alarm and fault location
7. Adapt to UNITOL excitation system and work together with the main control board

8. Low inductance circuit design, reducing switching losses and improving conversion efficiency
