Allen Bradley 1771 OZL Relay Isolation Output Module
1771-OZL is an 8-point dry spring relay isolation output module of the Rockwell PLC-5 series, with passive dry contacts and strong isolation. It is designed for low-voltage low-power loads and is a commonly used spare part in old systems.
1. 8-way normally open (Form A) reed relay output, 4 groups x 2 points, each group has an independent common terminal.
2. Voltage range 0-24V AC/DC, suitable for low-voltage control circuits.
3. Single channel maximum continuous 100mA, minimum load 10mA (24V).
4. Single channel rated power of 2.4W, limited to resistive loads only.
5. Sealed design of dry spring relay, resistant to harsh environments, and strictly prohibited from surge impact.
6. Isolation and voltage resistance: 1000VAC between contacts, 1500VAC between coil contacts.
7. Action/release time ≤ 1ms, bounce time ≤ 1ms, maximum switching frequency 10Hz.

8. Backboard 5V power supply, maximum current 420mA, power consumption 2-2.2W.
9. LED status indication for each channel, visualization of operation/faults.
10. Suitable for 1771-A1B to A4B racks, occupying 1 slot.
11. Supporting wiring arm 1771-WD, with standardized wiring and easy maintenance.
12. Working temperature 0-60 ℃, humidity 5-95% (non condensing).
13. Passive dry contact output, load requires external independent power supply.
14. Anti static sensitivity, installation requires an anti-static workbench.
15. Used for low-power load control such as low voltage indicator lights, small relays, solenoid valve coils, etc.
