AMAT 0100-00510 Transmission Interlock Module  

Product Manual:

The AMAT 0100-00510 transmission interlocking module is a specialized safety control board for application material wafer transmission systems. The AMAT 0100-00510 transmission interlocking module controls the safety signals and interlocking logic of the robotic arm and cavity door, with 15 features:
Collect gate control and limit safety switch signals to achieve hardware interlocking protection
Signal optoelectronic isolation, shielding cavity RF interference to avoid false shutdown
Multiple digital IO channels, synchronized transmission and reception of mechanism status signals
Built in hardware filtering, filtering out electromagnetic clutter interference in the workshop
Dedicated equipment bus, real-time transmission of safety data with the main control
Overvoltage and short circuit protection, failure does not damage the control circuit of the whole machine
Onboard status indicator light, quickly locate interlocking abnormal points

Standard backplate card design, easy to plug, replace, disassemble and assemble
Power off to save interlock parameters, restart without reconfiguration
Gold plated wear-resistant solder pad, stable and non oxidizing contact after long-term insertion and removal
