AMAT 0190-60287 is a dedicated control board for semiconductor equipment using applied materials. It is responsible for the overall management and control of the cavity gas path and sensing signals, and is suitable for dust-free mass production lines. Its characteristics are as follows:
High density integrated components reduce the space occupied by the board in the cabinet
Partition grouping signal circuit, separate control of analog and digital signals
Built in anti-interference shielding layer to weaken the clutter caused by RF power supply
Millisecond level signal response speed, synchronized feedback of real-time working conditions of the cavity
Comes with onboard storage chip and locally caches multiple sets of process parameters
Multiple sets of dedicated wiring terminals for connecting pressure valves and temperature sensors
Built in hardware protection circuit, automatic locking output for short circuit and overload

Card slot fixed installation, easy to disassemble and replace by a single person
High and low temperature resistant substrate board, adapted to the temperature difference between day and night in the cabinet
