F5-MEC locator module (Flowserve PMV series, F5-MEC-420 is a commonly used model)
The industrial grade valve positioning/feedback module under Volkswagen PMV is compatible with pneumatic/electric actuators to achieve precise valve position control and feedback.
Core function: Receive 4-20mA control signals, drive the actuator and output valve position feedback, and adjust the valve opening in a closed-loop manner.
Supports direct installation on the top of PMV P5/EP5 locators without the need for additional brackets, making installation convenient.
Built in 4-20mA position transmitter, with on-site selection of forward/reverse output, suitable for different control logics.
Equipped with high brightness flat/spherical position indicators, the valve position status is intuitively visible.
Adopting a stepless cam setting, achieving 100% resolution and high positioning accuracy.
Optional mechanical/proximity switches and NAMUR sensors to meet multi contact feedback requirements.
Cast aluminum casing with ED coating, protection level IP66, sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
Explosion proof/intrinsic safety design, certified by ATEX, CSA, FM, suitable for hazardous working conditions.
