HP CC903-62298 Industrial Intelligent IO Board, compatible with HP large format inkjet printers, collects device sensing and execution signals, with the following features:
1. HP CC903-62298 standard plug-in board, equipment rack can be directly disassembled and replaced
2. Multiple digital inputs and outputs, connected to nozzles, solenoid valves, and photoelectric sensors
3. Onboard signal isolation filtering, stable signal under workshop dust electromagnetic interference
4. Multiple dedicated cable interfaces, directly connected to the vehicle and ink supply control components
5. Integrated overcurrent, static electricity, and surge protection to reduce circuit board damage and faults
6. Built in data cache, synchronously transmitting nozzle position and status information
7. Gold plated interface terminal, contact does not oxidize during long-term high load operation

8. Equipped with a status indicator light, quickly locate IO channel abnormal alarms
9. Industrial heat-resistant circuit board, with controllable temperature rise during long-term operation of equipment
10. Original factory matching program adaptation, no additional debugging required for machine operation
11. Strong and weak current lines are arranged in zones to avoid signal interference and distortion
