Introduction: TEL E244-010007-21 is a dedicated main control module for Tokyo Electronic Etching and Coating Equipment, which coordinates equipment process logic and signal interaction, and provides spare parts for equipment maintenance and replacement.
E244-010007-21 is equipped with a dedicated processing chip, which has fast response to process timing calculations
