05704-А-0144 is a dedicated four channel catalytic combustion input control card for Honeywell System 57 gas detection system, used for signal acquisition and processing of combustible/toxic gas sensors.
Compatible with System 57 gas detection controller as the core input module.
4-channel independent catalytic combustion sensor input, supporting gas monitoring such as methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, и т. д..
Constant current drive design, adjustable driving current of 90-315mA (1mA step size).
The input signal range is 15mV-300mV, with an initial accuracy of ± 1%.
Power supply of 18-32VDC (typical 24VDC), maximum power consumption of 12.8W.
Built in open circuit, short circuit, and single bead fault detection, real-time diagnosis of sensor status.
Support electronic adjustment of bridge balance and signal gain, and adapt to different sensors.

The maximum line resistance is 40 Ω (including sensors), suitable for long-distance wiring.
Working temperature -20 ℃~+60 ℃, suitable for industrial site environment.
The size is approximately 100 × 120 × 25mm, and the card is installed in the System 57 rack.
Equipped with backlit LCD, displaying concentration, alarm, and channel status.
Supports relay output and analog output (4-20mA optional).
Compatible with RS485/CAN communication and connected to the system controller.
Each channel has independent alarm thresholds and logic to avoid misoperation.
