The LION DMT20A driver module is a dedicated driver unit for capacitive micrometer probes. The LION DMT20A driver module is compatible with LION’s full range of single sensitivity capacitive sensors. The 15 product features are as follows:
Low noise analog output circuit, small displacement measurement without clutter interference
Switchable signal bandwidth range, balancing measurement speed and accuracy
Excellent temperature drift suppression performance, stable measurement values under high and low temperature conditions
Equipped with dual zeroing adjustment for coarse and fine settings, quickly calibrate the zero point of the probe
Onboard LED light column indicator, intuitively completes probe alignment and debugging
Standard Lemo precision connector, tightly plugged to shield signal loss
Supports dual mode output of 0-10V voltage and 4-20mA current

Up to 50kHz response frequency, suitable for high-speed dynamic detection scenarios
24VDC standard industrial power supply, compatible with cabinet universal power system
Built in short circuit and overvoltage protection circuit to prevent probe overload damage
Linear signal conversion algorithm, precise correspondence between gap and output voltage
Small and compact shell, densely installed multi module cabinet without occupying space
All metal shielding shell, isolating electromagnetic equipment interference in the workshop
